Whenever a player draws a card, that player discards their hand.
Whenever a card becomes discarded, you may put a Clarity counter on Cleansing Colossus or exile and cast a non-creature spell from your graveyard with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of Clarity counters on Cleansing Colossus.
