Clear the Playing Field

Destroy all creatures and planeswalker with converted mana cost less then target creature. Each player reveals his or her hand and discards all creature and planeswalker cards
with converted mana cost less then that creature. For each card which was discarded that way, it's owner creates a treasure token.
