Clerical Restrction

Enchant target permanent (Artifact, Creature, Enchantment, Land, Planeswalker).

When enchanted permanent would be destroyed, instead put a soul counter on it.

If enchanted permanent has 2 or more soul counters on it, destroy it and deal 2 damage to all creatures.
