Climactic Standoff

When Climactic Standoff enters the battlefield,
put a destruction counter on one target creature
you control and up to two you don't.
At the beginning of each upkeep, choose two
creatures with destruction counters on them at
random. Destroy those creatures, then remove
all destruction counters from all creatures and
exile Climactic Standoff.
