Whenever you heal, put 1 Charge Counter
on Clippy.
{t}: Remove any number of Charge Counter
from Clippy you may then either:
• Proliferate a number equal to
how many counters you removed.
• Return target artifact from the graveyard to the battlefield that is mana equal or less then
the Charge Counters removed.
