Cloak

Whenever Cloak enters the battlefield, look
at the top 3 cards of an opponent's library and
put them on top of their library or on the bottom
of their library in any order.
Partner with Dagger (When this creature enters
the battlefield, target player may put Dagger into
their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
