Cloak of Gliding

This beautiful elven cape is fashioned after
the wings of a luna moth.
When you begin to fall you may will the
cloak to activate. The cloak spreads open
and becomes like wings, granting a glide
speed of 60 feet.
(You can glide double the distance between
you and the ground)
You also gain resistance to falling damage.
