Cloak of Gray Tomorrow

The wearer of this cloak can use a bonus action to flip the hood up and become invisible for up to one hour. If the wearer attacks, casts a spell or is attacked the spell is released and the user becomes visible once more. The wearer can also choose to take the hood down and become visible at anytime.
Cures: Once the affects wears off the user becomes blind for up to the duration the cloak was used for.
