oponent controlls, neither cards untap for 2 turns
and cant be untapped. If this card remains on field for 2 turns after it is tapped,
it untaps and the opponents tapped creature is destroyed.
However if this card is destroyed while incapacitating, incapacitated creature untaps at
their next untap phase.
