By pulling your perception forward in time for
the barest of moments, you are able to cheat fate
and act when most would be caught unaware.
Unlike other immediate actions, you can initiate
this counter while flat-footed, and can use this
maneuver at the beginning of a surprise round
you otherwise would not be able to act in. You
may act during the surprise round normally.
