Clockwork Amulet

This copper amulet contains tiny interlocking gears and is powered by the plane of Mechanus, clockwork realm of predictability and laws. If you put your ear to it you can hear faint ticking and the whirring of gears.If you channel the magic of this charm you can change any attack, skill or saving throw roll to forgo rolling the d20 and instead take a 10 as the die result. After using this power you cannot use it again until the next dawn.
