clockwork mechanism at the start of a long rest.
After 8 hours the 3 bolts carry a Shocking Grasp
charge. Once removed, the bolt retains its charge
for 1 min. On a hit, the bolt deals 1d8 additional
lightning damage. When you reach level 5/11/17
the damage becomes 2d8/3d8/4d8.
Requires proficiency with tinker's tools.
