Clone Saga

I & II: Clone target creature (Create a token that's
a copy of target creature, except it's not legendary, is a
blue Clone in addition to its other colors and creature
types and has "at the beginning of your upkeep, put a
-1/-1 counter on this"). That Clone gains haste.
All creatures with that creature's name are blue
Clones in addition to their other colors and types.
III: Return all Clones to their owners' hands.
