Enchant player
Creatures enchanted player controls can't attack
you or a planeswalker you control.
During your upkeep, Close Encounters relocates enchanting another identical player. If it can't, sacrifice it. (Relocating doesn't trigger any effects for leaving or entering the battlefield.)
