Eminence - As long as closed-minded critic is in your command zone or on the battlefield, spells or abilities that opponents control that exile one or more cards of the same name, can't exile more than four at a time.
When closed-minded critic enters the battlefield name a card.
Whenever you cast a card of the chosen name you may draw a card.
