Whenever Clot Fly deals combat damage to a
creature, that creatures gains "When this
creature dies, if it was dealt combat damage by a
creature named Clot Fly this turn, that
creature's controller conjures a card named Clot
Fly onto the battlefield."
Should the host’s blood meet the air while infected,
the spray will form into a new Clot Fly.
