Cloting the Brain

When Clotting the Brain enters the battlefield, if
you cast it from your hand, each player creates
three Blood tokens.
Opponent's skip their draw step if they control a
Blood token.
{0}: Exile all Blood tokens you control, you lose 2
life for each Blood token exiled this way. Return Clotting the Brain to it's owner's hand. Any
player may activate this ability.
