While carrying this rune-inscribed item, you have Advantage on Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) and Charisma (Deception) checks.

As a Reaction when you or a creature within 30 ft is hit by an attack, you can invoke the rune to redirect the attack to another creature within 30 ft (excluding the attacker), using the same attack roll. The attack's effects transfer regardless of range.

Once used, this ability can’t be invoked again until a short or long rest.
