Cloud Strife

At the beginning of each upkeep, or
whenever Cloud Strife attacks or blocks,
put a limit counter on Cloud Strife.
Remove 5 limit counters from Cloud Strife,
choose one-
* Deal 3 damage to target creature.
* Exile target tapped creature.
* Target player loses 5 life.
