Whenever a an opponent controls is attacking
you or a planeswalker you control, put a Limit
counter on Cloud.
Remove 5 Limit counters to have Cloud Strife
deal damage equal to his power divided among
any number of targets.
Whenever a creature you control attacks, put a
+1/+1 counter on it.
