you may exile another target creature you own.
When Cloudstep Initiate leaves the battlefield,
return that creature to the battlefield under its
owner's control.
At the beginning of your end step, if you cast no
spells this turn, return Cloudstep Initiate to its
owner's hand and draw a card.
