Cloying Quagmire is a spell that has a castings
value of 5 and a range of 14". If successfully
cast, pick 1 enemy unit within range and
visible to the caster. Roll a dice. If the roll is
equal to or higher than the unit's Save
characteristic, until your next hero phase,
halve the unit's Move Characteristic and
subtract 2 from run rolls and charge rolls
for that unit.
