When Clutch of the Beyond enters the battlefield,
for each player, exile up to one target nonland
permanent that player controls until Clutch of
the Beyond leaves the battlefield. Creatures can't
attack unless they share a type with one of the
creatures exiled with Clutch of the Beyond.
