You can use this command ability in your hero
phase. If you do so, pick a friendly KNIGHTS EXCELSIOR unit wholly within 9" of a friendly KNIGHTS EXCELSIOR HERO, or wholly
within 18" of a friendly KNIGHTS EXCELSIOR
HERO that is a general. You can re-roll wound
rolls of 1 for attacks made by that unit until the
end of the turn.
