your upkeep, add counters equal to the number of Democrats you control to CNN.
At the end of each turn, if there are no counters on
CNN, sacrifice it.
Remove {2} counters: draw a card
Remove {3} counters: exile target creature, then
return that card to the battlefield
Remove {x} counters: counter target spell with converted mana cost {x}
