Coastline Scouts

Whenever Coastline Scouts deals combat damage, clash with an opponent. If you win, create a token that is a copy of Coastline Scouts. Otherwise, scry 2. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of his or her library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if his or her card had a higher converted mana cost.)
Either delaying troops or information bearers, no scout is ever idle in the right hands.
