When Cobbs enters the battlefield, search your library for any equipment showing shoes and
attach it to Cobbs, then shuffle your library.
Whenever Cobbs deals combat damage to a
player, search that player's library for any
equipment showing shoes and attach it to Cobbs,
then shuffle their library.
Cobbs can only be blocked by creatures
wearing shoes (art or equipment).
