Journey's this turn would die, exile that creature
instead, keeping on it all -1/-1 counters.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a -1/-1 counter from each creature exiled with Cobra of Journey's End. For each counter removed this
way, put a +1/+1 counter on it.
