Coded Transmissions

Look at the top five cards of your library.
You may put any number in your hand and
the rest into your graveyard.
For each instant or sorcery card you put into
your graveyard, target opponent discards a
card from his or her hands.
They keep trying to scramble their messages
and the navy keeps breaking their codes.
