At the beginning of each players upkeep, untap
Coerced Confessions.
{t} Loose 3 life: Put a bounty counter on target
creature not owned by Coerced Confessions
controller. Target creature with a bounty counter
gets -X/-X until end of turn where X is the
number of bounty counters on the battlefield.
This ability may only be activated by opponents
of Coerced Confessions controller.
All see the wisdom of signing eventually.
