Cognition Shift

Exile any number of target creatures an opponent controls. For each creature exiled
this way, the opponent exiles cards until they
draw a creature for their library. They must
play that card onto the battlefield and shuffle
all cards exiled this way back into their library
in random order. (Do this for each initially
exiled creature).
