Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery, choose a new target for the spell at random.
Whenever a player casts a creature spell, flip a coin. If heads, it enters the battlefield under the player who cast its control. Otherwise, it enters
the battlefield under a target opponent's control.
Whenever a land is tapped for mana, choose a player at random to add that mana to their mana pool.
