Spells that are cast gain Assist.(Another player can
pay up to {X} of this spell's cost, where X is this
spell's colorless mana cost)
Spells with Assist may be paid for by any number
of players.
When 2 or more players cast 1 spell, each player
may copy that spell. They may choose new targets
for that copy.
