Coldbone Curse

Enchant player
-Whenever a player attacks enchanted player taps
and attacks with one or more creatures, those
creatures do not untap during their next upkeep.
-At the beginning of the enchanted player's
upkeep, any player untap one or more of those
creatures by allowing Coldbone Curse deal them
2 damage per creature.
