Collapsing Border

Will of the Council — Starting with you, each player votes for armageddon or ruination. If armageddon gets more votes, destroy all basic lands. If ruination gets more votes, destroy all nonbasic lands. If the vote is tied, each player sacrifices half the lands they control, rounded down.
