Collect Consciousness

{1}{u/b}{u/b}: Fateseal 2, then exile the top card
of target opponent's library. You may play
cards exiled this way as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though
it were mana of any type to cast cards exiled
this way. (To fateseal 2, look at the top two
cards of an opponent's library, then put any number of them on the bottom of that player's library and the rest on top in any order.)
