At the beginning of your upkeep, you may choose one:
•Add a travel counter. Target opponent you have not chosen gets control of Collin, World Traveler and can't attack you with him until your next turn. This ability resets if no target is available. If Collin, World Traveler would die, remove a counter.
•Remove 3 travel counters: Search your library for a permanent and put it on the battlefield under your control.
