Collision of worlds

Destroy all permanents, then each player loses life, discards cards, and and exiles the top X cards of their library, where is X is the number of permanents destroyed this way. Then each player puts all cards in exile into one pile face down and shuffles it. Then starting with you, each player puts the top card of the exiled pile into his or her own pile until the exiled pile is gone. Then each player exiles their deck and shuffles their exiled pile into their deck, then draws seven cards.
