Color Circle enters the battlefield with
two Circle counters on it.
{3}: Put a Circle Counter on Color Circle.
{t}, Remove a Circle Counter from Color Circle: Add one mana of any colour to your mana pool. Starting with you in turn order
each player draws a card from the corresponding colored pile.
