Color Spray

When uncorked a shock of color springs forth
in a 15' cone causing creatures to become stunned, perhaps also blinded, and possibly knocking them unconscious. This may also
be used as a thrown weapon targeting a creature or square of the battlefield (AC 10)
and all sighted creatures in 10'radius will be affected. Treat as Color Spray spell with a
Will Save DC 14
