Colour Circle enters the battlefield with
two Circle counters.
{3}: Put a Circle Counter on Colour Circle.
{t}, Remove a Circle Counter from Coloured Circle: Add one mana of any colour to your mana pool. Starting with you in turn order
each player draws a card from the corresponding coloured pile.
