Colour Drain

If this spell is cast in an opponent's upkeep,
it gains Split second (As long as this spell is on the stack, players can't cast other spells or activate abilities that aren't mana abilities.)
Until end of turn, whenever target player
would add mana of any colour to their mana pool, that player adds {c} instead.
