Combine Supremacy

When Combine Supremacy enters the
battlefield, you may put a +1/+1 counter on
each creature you control and a loyalty counter
on each planeswalker you control.
Whenever you activate the ability of a blue or
green permanent you control with a counter on
it, you may pay {g/u}. If you do, target permanent
you control of the same type gains all activated
abilities of that blue or green permanent until
end of turn.
