Target player discards two cards. For each
creature card discarded this way, that player
may create a 3/1 red and black citizen token
with haste.
When the rocs ate their way through most of the
electromancer's team, the crowd cheered. When
the Rakdos brought in their replacements, the
crowd roared, but with a few less voices.
