Whenever another creature enters the battlefield with power less than Commander Ilyas's you may pay {1}, if you do put a +1/+1 counter on Commander Ilyas.
Whenever a creature you control dies remove a +1/+1 from Commander Ilyas.
If Commander Ilyas's power is 10 or greater he gains double strike, indestructible, and trample.
