Commander's Table untaps on every upkeep.
All players have no maximum hand size.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, that
player may pay {1}. If that player does, that
player draws 1 card and gains 1 life.
{t}: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
Any player may use this but only on their turn.
