Communications Officer

Whenever calling for the dropship during a scenario, it appears on a roll of 5+. Furthermore, use the lesser of the two die rolls when determining how far it is from
the chosen landing point.
Also, at the end of any turn when a communications officer is on the table, the players may call for an Eagle Airstrike.
