Communism

Any player damage dealt by opponent in
their previous turn will be split in half. Both
of you will be dealt a half of the original
amount of player damage. In the event
where the amount of damage is an odd
number, you will be dealt the larger half.
(This instant does not have any effect if
only one damage is dealt.)
