Communism

If a player would draw one or more cards, all
players draw that many cards instead. Players do
the same with adding mana, gaining life, losing
life, and discarding cards.
Whenever you roll chaos, each player chooses
a number of lands they control equal to the
number of lands controlled by the player who
controls the fewest, then exiles the rest. Players
exile cards in their hand and creatures the same
way.
