Compact of the Enlightened

At the beginning of your upkeep you may pay {w},{u}, or {b}.
If you pay white you may exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
If you pay black you may place a -1/-1 counter on target creature you control, then gain life equal to it's power.
If you pay blue target creature loses all abilities until end of turn.
